Looking for Villa end of December

I am looking for a 2 -3-bedroom villa for 7 days over Xmas - New Years. I have not had luck with the agency. If anyone has a suggestion, I am all ears.

Two weeks used to be the requirement. It’s now, generally, 10 days. For less than 10 days, I recommend going to villas that are rented “direct” by owner. Also, as time gets closer to the holidays, agencies & their clients sometimes become more flexible.

Contact Allegra at St. Barth’s properties. She sent me a list of villas available over Christmas with 7 day availability.

We ultimately chose a different location for this year.

I just got an email from WIMCO advising of places offering 7 day rentals, so they apparently have them available as well.

Dennis, inquiring minds want to know where you’re headed this winter. Some place new or previously visited?

Barbados. First time. Tried to book Sandy Lane but it's all booked up already!

Our first ever Caribbean trip was to Barbados. No way could we afford Sandy Lane but Randy did play golf there.
Our good friends go almost every year but they’re skipping it in favor of St. Barth this March.
It will be some interesting comparisons.
